You may choose "Backyard Basics" that covers The Perfect Steak, The Perfect Roast Chicken, The Perfect Rack of Ribs and The Perfect Grilled Salmon. You may also choose "Elements of Smoke" which covers everything from choosing the proper smoking woods to the proper applications and delivery methods of smoke to the amount of time that different foods take to smoke. We can also custom design a demonstration that suits your particular needs when it comes to the grill or smoker, anything is possible. Average duration of Demonstrations are 2-3 hours. Sampling will be provided and encouraged!
